Talent Attraction Student Schemes at IPS

The Student Schemes at IPS are designed to provide structured opportunities for students to engage in practical, real-world learning experiences while contributing to the broader objectives of their respective fields of study. These schemes have been developed in alignment with strategic national goals to:

1. Support workforce development by providing students with the skills and experiences needed to transition smoothly into full-time roles upon graduation.
2. Foster innovation and research by encouraging students to apply their academic knowledge to current challenges faced by Public Administration.
3. Bridge gaps in the Public Administration capacity, particularly in areas where there is a high demand for specialized skills and knowledge.

All Ministries are to ensure that each Department and Entity falling within the respective responsibility are aware of the existing opportunities, processes, and guidelines, so that they can participate in the schemes effectively and in line with IPS objectives.
