Senior Managers are encouraged to seek self-development and self-directed learning initiatives regularly to keep abreast of developments in their particular field, as well as build their skills further.  Such initiatives include following accredited programmes, attending workshops and conferences, networking with other institutions abroad within the same, or similar fields, etc.   IPS will be organising discussions and workshops to create a professional community where successes and challenges are shared among senior managers.
